As you can see this picture is referred to all of the muscle group in human body. Before we build muscle we have to understand what do we have inside our body. The number of muscles in the human body varies from about 656 to 850, depending on which expert you consult. No exact figure is available because there are a variety of opinions about what constitutes a distinct muscle (versus a part of a complex muscle). Also, there is some variability in muscular structure between individuals.
Thus, we can not train every muscle in one day or one week or only a few type of exercises to build muscle. It need time, effort, resource and commitment.
